We're excited to introduce TurboScribe Unlimited Max — a new plan for people who need to transcribe extremely large volumes of audio and video.
TurboScribe has always been about removing limits. With our base Unlimited plan, we provision enough capacity to ensure that you can "transcribe your life". That means we ensure you can transcribe at least 24 hours of audio and video per day (or 720 hours per month) without issue.
For almost everyone, that’s more than enough. But some users want to transcribe even larger volumes (many thousands of hours on a regular basis), so we built a brand new plan to accomodate these power user workflows.
What is TurboScribe Unlimited Max?
TurboScribe Unlimited Max is an enhanced version of TurboScribe Unlimited, designed specifically for very high-volume power users. Unlimited Max gives you:
10x dedicated transcription GPU capacity: A pool of GPU compute is reserved exclusively for your account, 24/7. It does not get shared with other customers or reallocated away from your workloads, even when you're transcribing very large volumes (thousands of hours).
No delays or soft limits, even at extreme volume: Whether you're uploading a steady stream of recordings or clearing a massive backlog, your jobs run in your own dedicated lane.
Upload and queue unlimited files for transcription: Upload as much audio and video as you like. With Unlimited Max, there are never any upload limits and additional files you upload will be transcribed in your own dedicated transcription queue.
In addition, you'll get every feature of TurboScribe Unlimited, including:
- 10 hour uploads: Each file can be up to 10 hours long / 5 GB. Upload batches of 50 files at a time.
- Bulk exports: Move your files into folders to export up to 1,000 transcripts at a time.
- Unlimited storage: There is no limit on the number of files or transcripts you can store in your account.
TurboScribe Unlimited Max costs $200 per month and you can upgrade at any time. You can also save 20% with annual billing ($2,000 per year).
Switching to TurboScribe Unlimited Max
Here's how to switch to Unlimited Max:
- Visit the Account Settings page.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Choose Update Subscription and select TurboScribe Unlimited Max.
After switching, your new dedicated GPU and upload capacity will become available immediately.
